Zaharoff Seattle #Tweetup 25 March Info
Here's the link to the tweet up, which will give you some info:
http://twtvite.com/ZaharoffSea:
Last month the idea popped up it would be nice to do a "Tweetup" the day before my trunkshow to Bellevue Nordstrom. I've never heard of a Tweetup before - which is, according to PC Magazine,
A gathering of users brought together via Twitter. For example, at conferences, Twitter is used by attendees to arrange to meet after the show for discussion, cocktails and parties. Also called a "Twestival" (Twitter festival). See Twitterese.
So, for the first time, in the history of fashion, we are going to have our very first Zaharoff Tweetup on the 24th of March at Gordon Biersch, 600 Pine St # 401 in Seattle from 6 to 8pm.
I decided to write this entry for those who are coming. Some questions answered:
1) What to expect?
This is one of the very first Tweetups so we really don't know what to expect. But we know one thing, we are going to have some fun. This is probably the single most important thing!
2) I'm not much of the fashion type, is that okay?
Of course it is, this isn't a runway show, it's just a group of people coming together to talk about anything they want, but I will be there if anyone has any questions about the business of fashion.
3) How does this work out?
Drinks are the responsibility of each person but I will supply some appetizers, make sure you are going to have dinner before or after the Tweetup; just come and say hello and meet other tweeters.
4) What do I wear?
Wear whatever you would wear if you were going out to Gordon Biersch - we're in Seattle and it's a Friday evening...so be casual! And again, it's all about fun.
5) Anything else?
Yes, each visitor is going to get a travel-size (5 ml) Zaharoff Pour Homme to take home with them. We are also going to be raffling off some bigger gifts.
The key words: casual, meet, discuss...and most of all, FUN!
